Local Photograph Collection The Local Photograph Collection consists of photographs donated to all of the Borough Libraries and also private donations made directly to the archives service by members of the public. Most photographs are street scenes, buildings and local events. The collection is constantly growing with new donations. Bury Archives aims to digitise these in an ongoing digitisation project. In some cases access is not given to the original photographs for preservation reasons. 1850-2016
