  <dc:title>Slide: 43 side view of a tram. Built in 1906 by Mountain and Gibson at their Elton Forge Bury works. Works car No 1 served as a water car / tool car / rail grinder using the equipment fitted between the wheels and following removal of the lifeguards, snowploughs were fitted in winter months. Surviving to the end of the system, No 1 was seen being driven around along Princess Street on the final day of tram operation in February 1949.</dc:title>
