  <dc:description>Postcard of Boy Scouts and Cubs taking part in the procession at the junction of Radcliffe New Road, Stand Lane and Blackburn Street with St Thomas's Parish church and a factory chimney in the background and the Wellington Inn on the left. On the right, in the foreground there is a shop advertising Fry's Chocolate which can be seen more easily in photograph MLP/67/8. The street is cobbled with tram lines, tram wires and electricity wires  running down the street. The leader can also be seen in photographs MLP/67/14 and MLP/67/16.
