  <dc:description>Built about 1857, mill started to make paper under ownership of J.B. Ingham &amp; Son. In 1964 mill sold to Liverpool Daily Port &amp; Echo Ltd and traded under name of Holcombe Paper Mill Co. Ltd.  In 1968 it became part of Trinity Paper Mills Ltd.  In 1992 it was bought by Danisco (a Danish company) and in 2002 it was bought by Mondi Paper.  Mill closed December 2008.
