  <dc:description>There are no operating mills that survive in the area. Many, such as Robin Road, Summerseat and Victoria Mill Ramsbottom have been demolished, while others remain derelict. Some , such as Brooksbottoms Mill have been converted into residential apartments. Photographs of the interior of mills graphically record the working conditions of the employees.</dc:description>
