| Description | MLP/59/1 - Photograph taken by David Gremson when he was about 9 or 10 from the upstairs window of his house at 2 St Mary's Road, Prestwich, which overlooks Bury New Road. The photograph is of a circus procession, including elephants, passing the house on its way to St Mary's playing fields. It was the first time that David had ever seen a circus procession.
