DescriptionPostcard taken from the front of the procession showing the procession Queen and the infants with the banner behind them. Crowds line each side of the street which has shops, houses, cobbles and tram lines. Puddles show that it has rained recently.

On the reverse the postcard has been written:

Dear Willie, very glad to here [sic] you landed alright. Hope you will have better weather. It has done nothing but rain here since Saturday. I think you must have slipped behind the scene on this p.c. I have been trying to move the banner to see if you were there but could not manage it. With best love, Eveline.
