Description | Postcard of a procession taken from the front showing infants and juniors with cloche hats and holding flowers. In the centre is a page boy wearing breeches & jacket and a white powdered wig. Behind him is the procession Queen. The adults and an unspecified banner is following behind. There are crowds on both sides of the street which is the junction of Radcliffe New Road, Stand Lane and Blackburn Street. A bakery with a Turog sign can be seen in the background while the Wellington Inn selling Cornbrook Ales can be seen on the right. The date has been derived from the straight dresses which fall just below the knee, short hair and cloche hats.
Postcard front is marked No.12
