| Description | Mr Porritt was one of the Deputies to The Right Honourable Edward George Villiers, Earl of Derby and Lord Lieutenant of the County Palatine of Lancaster.
This document was water-damaged by flood at Voith Fabrics, Boxing Day 2015, but has been fully restored and placed, along with documents RHS/9/1/9/28 and RHS/9/1/9/30 which were also damaged, in a large red box entitled 'Ramsbottom Heritage Society Historical Documents.'
